This fine young meth angel is but 24 years old. She was arrested when cops found 20 single pot meth labs, and a variety of related chemicals, in the house ... along with two older men. The three of them were all wanted on theft warrants as well. Sadly, Ms. Patchen has two young children, two years old and six months old. Tyia, it's long past time to get straight. If you won't do it for yourself, do it for your kids - they deserve better.

Carla Lowe, Johnson City, TN

Ms. Lowe, and an associate with the same last name (brother? husband?) were busted by their hometown cops. First, Mr. Lowe was seen disposing of drain cleaner, sudafed packaging, and related items. Then, they busted them in a car with drug takin' tools and a little bit of meth.
