Tessa Yvonna Demers, Beatrice, NE

Traffic stops are the bane of the drug user. If you are going to use drugs, it's best not to drive around with drug paraphernalia. And if you're going to drive around with a scale, a large amount of cash, and a crack pipe, at least  you should have a driver's license. Well, Tessa chose "none of the above." She is now temporarily enjoying the hospitality of the Gage County Sheriff.
