Ms. Clement is just 19, just months out of Apollo High School in St. Cloud, Minnesota. She was busted, with friend Emilly Ulik, sporting outstanding warrants, in a meth house. Not sure what you're doing with the rest of your life, Shauna, but this would be a good time to find something better.
